Authorities arrested two Chinese residents at Los Angeles International Airport Saturday for allegedly attempting to illegally transport sensitive thermal imaging technology to China. The two men, Zhi Yong Guo and Tah Wei Chao, were arrested as they prepared to board an Air China flight early Saturday morning after officials discovered 10 thermal imaging cameras in their luggage. Authorities have been monitoring the two men since last year after they allegedly exported the cameras to China without the proper licenses. According to the Justice Department, the cameras could be used for military purposes.--posted by Damon Ferrara
